Brainerd police

DISTURBANCE — A report at 12:04 a.m. Saturday of a male who was causing problems and was very intoxicated on the 400 block of 11th Street. Officer advised him to go to sleep. Officers were called back at 12:50 a.m. and the man was taken to detox.

A report at 3:31 p.m. Friday of a male causing problems in the emergency room at Essentia Health-St Joseph’s Medical Center, 523 N. Third St. Officer responded and male calmed down.

A report at 9:43 a.m. Friday of a male student assaulting a staff member at the Lincoln Education Center (LEC), 604 S. Sixth St.

A report at 8:46 a.m. Friday of a male student throwing chairs and assaulting staff at LEC.

JUVENILE — A 15-year-old male was cited at 12:54 a.m. Sunday for criminal property damage, obstructing the legal process and tampering with a motor vehicle at Boys Port Home, 1406 Laurel St.

THEFT — A report at 10:32 p.m. Saturday of a theft on the 800 block of South Seventh Street.

A report at 3:21 p.m. Friday of a theft at Essentia Health-Brainerd Clinic, 2024 S . Sixth St.

A report at 12:40 p.m. Friday of a possible theft of a money order from a locked mailbox on the 600 block of James Street.

A report at 12 p.m. Friday of a theft of items from Easy Rider’s Bicycle Shop, 415 Washington St.

A report at 9:55 a.m. Friday of a wallet taken and a credit card used on Laurel Street and South Eighth Street.

HAZARD — A report at 4:17 p.m. Friday of a flatbed that lost a pallet of bricks on College Drive and South Fourth Street. Officer provided traffic control while bricks were removed from roadway.

Crow Wing sheriff

THEFT — A report at 9:06 a.m. Saturday of a vehicle theft on the 14000 block of Crow Wing County Road 10 in Deerwood.

A report at 11:57 a.m. Friday of a theft on the 13000 block of County Road 8 in Brainerd.

Baxter police

INFORMATION — A report at 10:39 p.m. Sunday of an intoxicated female sleeping at the bar on the 14000 block of Edgewood Drive. Upon arrival, the complainant was able to arrange a ride for the female.

ARREST — A report at 1:35 a.m. Saturday of a male who walked out from behind a closed business on Fairview Road. The 23-year-old man was booked for fifth-degree possession of a controlled substance and possessing a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.

Nisswa police

ARREST — A 26-year-old man was arrested at 7:09 p.m. during a traffic stop on Lower Cullen and Roy Lake Connection for fourth-degree driving while intoxicated.

ALARM — A report at 12:08 a.m. Saturday of a fire alarm at the Gull Lake Center, 23583 Nokomis Ave. Alarm company called back and reported a false alarm but couldn’t cancel the fire department. When officer arrived, he found the band was using a fog machine that was out of control and was setting off the alarm.

FRAUD — A report at 6:22 p.m. Thursday of complainant receiving a bill from Verizon for $350 for four phones she had not purchased.

Little Falls police

PROPERTY DAMAGE — A report at 9:07 p.m. Saturday of vandalism at the Jaycee Park softball fields. Black spray paint was used to paint obscenities on the south exterior wall and door of the shed between the two fields.

THEFT — A report at 12:17 p.m. Friday of a theft of a Tom Tom GPS unit from a vehicle on the 700 block of First Street Southeast.
