ARRESTS — Three people were arrested at 10:55 p.m. Tuesday during a traffic stop at Norwood and South 11th streets. A 23-year-old woman, 24-year-old man and a 31-year-old man were arrested for fifth-degree drug possession. The 31-year-old man also was arrested for giving police a false name and possession of drug paraphernalia.

A 44-year-old man was arrested at 3:47 p.m. Tuesday on the 200 block of Second Avenue Northeast for fleeing an officer. The man was booked also for felony theft, driving while intoxicated, two gross misdemeanors and four misdemeanors

BURGLARY — A report at 8:51 p.m. Tuesday of a burglary in progress on the 500 block of Washington Street.

A report at 4:55 p.m. Tuesday of a burglary on the 400 block of South Seventh Street.

THEFT — A report at 7:47 p.m. Tuesday of a U.S. Postal Service package containing computer parts taken from an apartment on the 1200 block of South Ninth Street.

A report at 7:45 a.m. Tuesday of two male subjects wearing “Mohawk” hats in Super America, 421 Northeast Washington Street. One stole a $1.99 pair of gloves and then fled. Officers were unable to locate.

BURGLARY — A report at 11:10 a.m. Tuesday of a burglary on the 22000 block of Lake Hubert Drive.

THEFT — A report at 8:38 a.m. Tuesday of a theft on the 10000 block of Brent Drive.
