DISPUTE — A report at 1:10 a.m. Friday of a dispute on the 400 block of Third Street Northeast. Woman stated she was woken up by being hit in the face with a burrito and that the male subject broke her computer. Officers learned that both subjects were highly intoxicated. The man said he would pay for a new computer. Both subjects said they were going to watch a Christmas movie and that everything was OK.
SUSPICIOUS — A report of suspicious activity in which someone had hung a piece of wet newspaper on the door of the complainant’s apartment on the 800 block of Second Street Southeast. The woman believed there was a bodily fluid on the paper. Officer was unable to determine what the substance was. The woman claimed she had contact with a male neighbor a short time earlier about his loud music and a short time later the paper was on her door. The paper was incomplete and she does not get a paper delivered and no one else had a paper at their door. The officer talked to the neighbor and he admitted that he was confronted about his music, but he denied harboring any ill will toward the complainant.
ARREST — A 32-year-old was arrested at 1:47 a.m. Thursday on the 15000 block of 18th Street Northeast for giving a false name to a police officer and for fifth-degree drug possession.

DISTURBANCE — A report at 2:02 p.m. Sunday of an out of control juvenile on Crow Wing County Road 11, Crosby.
MEDICAL — A report at 9:04 a.m. Sunday of a medical at the jail, 313 Laurel St.
A report at 11:27 p.m. Saturday of a medical in bar area on Highway 169, Garrison.
ICE — A report at 8:10 a.m. Sunday of a vehicle’s back end that broke through the ice on Hanks Lake.
SUSPICIOUS — A report at 9:40 a.m. Saturday of tracks in the snow and other suspicious stuff on Brown Street in Pequot Lakes.
BURGLARY — A report at 8:36 p.m. Friday of a burglary on Smith Road in Brainerd.
A report at 4:08 p.m. Friday of a cabin that was broken into on Nelson Road in Brainerd.
ARRESTS — A 28-year-old man and a 30-year-old woman were arrested at 5:47 a.m. Sunday on the 13000 block of Cypress Drive for fifth-degree drug possession and child endangerment.
A 22-year-old man was arrested at 2:28 a.m. Sunday on Highways 210 and 371 for third-degree driving while intoxicated (DWI).
A 23-year-old woman was arrested at 9:12 a.m. Friday at Target, 14546 Dellwood Dr., for gross misdemeanor theft.
INTOXICATED — A report at 1:12 a.m. Sunday of an intoxicated male sleeping in the lobby at Baymount Inn and Suites, 7208 Fairview Road. Male was found highly intoxicated and unable to care for himself. He was transported to jail to be transported to St. Cloud Detox.
THEFT — A report at 10:03 p.m. Friday of a theft from a vehicle on the 14000 block of Baxter Drive.
DISTURBANCE – A report at 8:36 a.m. Friday that a subject came on the bus and yelled at the bus driver on the 14000 block of Franklin Drive.
FOUND — A report at 9:41 p.m. Sunday where complainant found a kitchen knife at the end of a driveway on the 1200 block of Laurel Street. Officer took it for safe keeping.
ARRESTS — A 54-year-old man was arrested at 11:34 p.m. Friday for second-degree DWI, second-degree DWI test refusal, open bottle and driving after cancellation.
THEFT — A report at 7:18 p.m. Saturday of a theft of clothes at Snow White Car Wash and Laundry, 614 Charles St.
A report at 3:04 p.m. Saturday of a theft of a phone on the 600 block of James Street.
A report at 8:23 a.m. Friday of a theft of a ski jacket at the Brainerd High School, 702 S. Fifth St.
THEFT — A report at 10:26 a.m. Friday of a theft of an enclosed trailer taken from Grand View Lodge, 23521 Nokomis Ave.
GAS LEAK — A report at 1:13 a.m. Saturday of a strong odor of natural gas near Second Avenue Northeast and First Street Northwest. Minnesota Energy was paged.
PROPERTY DAMAGE — A report at 10:36 a.m. Feb. 3 of a vehicle that backed into the Freshwater Area Learning Center, 1100 Fifth St. NE.
