Baxter police

SUSPICIOUS - A report at 1:04 p.m. Thursday of a male with no shirt, blue backpack and orange shoes going in and out and ringing apartments trying to get in on the 7000 block of Clearwater Road. Male left on bike prior to officers arrival.

THEFT - A report Thursday of a theft of clothing within the last week on the 13000 block of Memorywood Drive.

Brainerd police

BURGLARY - A report at 9:42 p.m. Thursday of a burglary with force entry on the 300 block of Hawkins Drive.

THEFT - A report Thursday of a theft of a bike on the 1100 block of 10th Avenue Northeast.

A report Thursday of a theft of a bike taken from the football field on the 1000 block of Kingwood Street.

ASSIST - A report at 9:22 p.m. Thursday of a child getting her finger stuck in a container on Walnut Street. Officer was able to get the child's finger unstuck.

ARREST - A 15-year-old female was arrested at 4:17 p.m. Thursday for domestic assault, fifth-degree domestic assault and property damage on the 1000 block of South Seventh Street.

A 42-year-old woman was arrested at 2:10 p.m. Thursday for gross misdemeanor harassment/stalking and disorderly conduct on Washington Street.

Crow Wing sheriff

ASSAULT - A report at 7:22 p.m. Thursday of an assault at the Crow Wing County Jail, 313 Laurel St.

Little Falls police

FIRE - A report at 7:54 p.m. Wednesday of black smoke coming from the south of the soccer fields and Highway 10 area. Officer advised that the smoke was actually a lot of dust that was from a man doing field work.
