THEFT—Report Friday of two males selling electronic equipment out of their truck on the 400 block of Washington Street. After the purchase, not all parts were included. Officers were unable to locate the truck.
Report Sunday of a theft of a checkbook on the 500 block of Washington Street. It was picked up by a female who put it in her pocket.
Report Friday of an employee theft of tools at A and H Company, 410 10th Avenue Northeast.
Report Friday of a theft of a purse from a vehicle somewhere in Brainerd.
ARRESTS—An 18-year-old man was arrested at 2:04 a.m. Monday for disorderly conduct and underage consumption following a report of a disturbance on the 1400 block of South Eighth Street.
A 24-year-old man was arrested at 9:07 p.m. Sunday for third-degree DWI and obstructing the legal process following a driving complaint on Mill Avenue and O Street.
A 21-year-old man was arrested at 11:35 p.m. Saturday for obstructing the legal process and disorderly conduct following a report of a disturbance on the 200 block of South Seventh Street.
A 45-year-old man was arrested at 12:50 p.m. Thursday for driving after cancellation and no proof of insurance during a traffic stop on the 500 block of Quince Street.
DISTURBANCE—Report at 9:19 p.m. Sunday of two males arguing outside the 700 block of South Seventh Street. Officers were unable to locate.
Report at 2:40 a.m. Sunday of a disturbance on the 600 block of James Street. Officers learned it was a verbal argument only and parties agreed to separate for the night.
Report at 12:18 a.m. Saturday of a male yelling on the 200 block of South Seventh Street. Officers were unable to locate the subject, who has an active felony warrant.
Report at 11:33 p.m. Friday of a fight at the Iron Rail, 707 Laurel St. Two males were cited for disorderly conduct.
Report at 8:06 p.m. Friday of a disturbance on the 700 block of South Seventh Street. Parties left prior to officers' arrival. Charges for fifth-degree assault and disorderly conduct have been drafted to be filed.
Report at 4:25 p.m. Friday of a domestic dispute that occurred hours prior to the complainant calling police on the 1600 block of Emma Street.
SUSPICIOUS—Report at 1:06 a.m. Sunday of a vehicle with lights flashing on the 400 block of South Eighth Street. Vehicle was unoccupied and was not running.
Report at 12:25 a.m. Sunday of a suspicious vehicle on Spruce and Birchridge drives. Officer made contact with driver who stated she was smoking her last cigarette of the night before she went home.
Report at 4:43 p.m. Friday of vehicles parking on private property without owner's consent on the 100 block of North Sixth Street. Group was advised to move their vehicles.
Breezy Point police
DISTURBANCE—Report at 1:01 p.m. Sunday of a possible disturbance on the 9100 block of First Avenue. Officer made contact and there were no reports of anything physical. The complainant was advised to evict the tenant and the tenant was advised to not speak with the complainant.
Report at 10:28 p.m. Saturday of a disturbance between adults at a youth hockey tournament at the Breezy Point Sports Center, 7370 Crow Wing County Road 11. Subject was asked to leave by management and officers remained in the area until the lobby was cleared out.
SEXUAL CONDUCT—Report Thursday of criminal sexual conduct in Breezy Point.
SUSPICIOUS—Report at 6:55 p.m. Feb. 1 of a vehicle parked at Pelican Square, 30211 County Road 4, in front of the front door. The owner was contacted to move the vehicle.
ARRESTS—An 18-year-old man was cited at 1:36 a.m. Saturday for third-degree driving while intoxicated, minor consumption and possessing a small amount of marijuana following a report of a suspicious vehicle on the 23000 block of Smiley Road.
A 57-year-old man was arrested at 5:20 p.m. Jan. 30 for third-degree DWI during a traffic stop on Highway 371 and County Highway 77.
