Parties to argue over principles in MN redistricting
ST. PAUL, Minn. (AP) — A special court panel is hearing arguments about what matters most in the complex but important process of redrawing Minnesota's political boundaries.
Lawyers for political parties were ready to make their case Wednesday about principles that should guide the process.
