In the story of the police chase where the suspect got away that ran on Page 7A Wednesday, the wrong area was identified relating to where the suspect fled. The Brainerd Dispatch incorrectly listed three items in Wednesday’s Page 10A story and cutline on activities at the Merrifield Lions Park. The informational meeting on diabetes will be July 11. The extravaganza will be from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. July 29 and Isabelle Larson is the cousin of Jack Larson, who died in a May 9, 2009, traffic accident.

The Dispatch failed to report that the scheduled change in the date of the Brainerd Lakes Regional Airport’s meetings (from first Tuesday to first Thursday) in Wednesday’s newspaper will not take effect until September.

The Dispatch regrets the errors.

I've worked at the Brainerd Dispatch with various duties since Dec. 7, 1983. Starting off as an Ad Designer and currently Director of Audience Development. The Dispatch has been an interesting and challenging place to work. I'm fortunate to have made many friends, both co-workers and customers.
