Crow Wing county personnel coordinator Sig Stier confirmed that complaints have been filed for a man once again using the women’s restroom at the court house. Sources say it is the same man accused of using the restroom last fall. The board will discuss the issue.

Attorney Don Ryan, representing the Brainerd Policemen’s Benefit Assn., appeared before the council asking a city tax of one mill be levied each year to be paid into the retirement fund. Two percent is deducted each month from police paychecks for the fund.

Deputy Game Warden Onstine has descended upon three Brainerd hotels and found a lot of game in unlawful possession. At the Ideal he secured 20 ducks and 10 partridge; at the Iron Exchange two prairie chicken, and at the Ransford he found 32 partridge.
