James R. Bourdon Jr., of Brainerd, formerly of Duluth, died Tuesday, Nov. 3, 2009, in his residence. He was born in Chicago on Jan. 28, 1947, to James and Mardelle Bourdon Sr. James was a U.S. Air Force veteran. He had worked for UPS as a driver and at Lexington Manufacturing as a laborer.

GREEN VALLEY, Ariz. - Albertus Frederick "Bud" Dodson, M.D., was born April 26, 1926, in Wilber, Neb., and died Oct. 31, 2009, in Green Valley, Ariz., at the age of 83.

LITTLE FALLS - Willard J. Houle, 82-year-old resident of Little Falls, passed away Friday, Nov. 6, 2009, at St. Gabriel's Hospital in Little Falls.

MOTLEY - Carol McDonald, age 66, of Motley, passed away Nov. 5, 2009, at the Lakewood Health System in Staples following a long, courageous battle with cancer.

RENO, Nev. - Michael Scott McEndree, 32, Farmington, passed away Thursday, Oct. 22, 2009, in Reno, Nev. Michael was born in St. Louis Park on Feb. 14, 1977. He married Bonita Barnacle on Sept. 1, 2001, in Brainerd.

Esther Alice O'Connor, age 78, resident of Brainerd, died Thursday, Nov. 5, 2009, at Good Samaritan Society-Bethany in Brainerd.
