NORTH MANKATO — Harold Dubbels, age 96, of North Mankato, Minn., formerly of Farmington, Minn., went to meet his Lord at 7 p.m. on Dec. 11, 2010, at Immanuel St. Joseph’s Hospital in Mankato, Minn. Harold graduate from North Central Bible Institute, worked in the shipyards in Tacoma, Wash., the Steel Mills in Duluth, Minn., was a successful farmer and owned and operated a nursing home in Arlington, Minn. He greatly enjoyed his retirement, living on the lakes of northern Minnesota. He was a long time member of the Assemblies of God. Harold is preceded in death by his loving wife, Hilda, of 68 years in 2007; and brothers, Clarence (Esther) and Ervin Dubbels. He is survived by his children, Wayne (Ruth), Ronald (Shelia), Donna (John) Prosch, Gerald (Diane) and Paul (Tammy) Dubbels; 12 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren; siblings, Ethel Ladwig, Gladys Lubdell, Merl (Gloria), Glen (Joann) and Alta (Don) Anderson; many nieces and nephews. Funeral service will be held 2 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 16, 2010, at the Christian Life Church, 6300 212th St. (Co. Rd. 50) Farmington, Minn., with visitation Wednesday, from 4-8 p.m. at the White Funeral Home, 901 3rd St. Farmington, also one hour prior to service at church. Interment in Corinthian Cemetery, Farmington. He will be greatly missed by his family and friends.
