Dorothy was a member of Community Covenant Church for over 60 years. She volunteered as a Gray Lady at St. Joseph's Hospital for 50 years. She was the most caring, giving and wonderful mother, grandma and great-grandma anyone could have.

She will be sadly missed by her daughter, Susan (John) Ebinger of Nisswa; sons, John (Kathleen) Erickson of Richfield, David (Kristin) Erickson of Soquel, Calif.; seven grandchildren, Steven (Cathy) Ebinger, Scott (Terri) Ebinger, Heidi (Ty) Tollefsrud all of Brainerd, Beth (Bob) Weides, Angela Dorendorf, and Jennifer Sweat all of Minneapolis, and Parker Erickson of California; seven great-grandchildren; and also by her special nieces and nephews.

Dorothy was preceded by her husband Roger, in 1989; parents; and her sister Mildred Weiske.

Dorothy always requested to only have one red rose at her funeral. Memorials can be made to your favorite charity in honor of her.

Arrangements are entrusted to Halvorson-Johnson Funeral Home of Brainerd.
