Betty L. Butcher

GARRISON — Betty Louise (Wooddell) Butcher, 76, of Garrison, passed away peacefully on July 13, 2012, surrounded by her family. Funeral services will be held at the Shelley Funeral Chapel in Onamia on Tuesday, July 24, 2012, at 11 a.m. Burial will be in the Garrison Cemetery with a luncheon following at the Garrison VFW.

Betty was born on Sept. 8, 1935, in Tioga, W.Va. Betty will be greatly missed by all the people who knew her. God bless!

Betty is survived by her children and grandchildren, Delinda (Dan) Schumacher, Charles (Patty) Butcher, Bernard (Stephanie) Butcher Jr., Elizabeth (Len) Wisneski, of New Mexico, Jessica Werner, of Wisconsin, Rusty (Amelia) Mueller, Deejay (Stephanie) Mueller, of Wisconsin, Victoria Mueller, of Wisconsin, Grant (Terra) Butcher, Jeramie (Seamus) Tolbert, of North Dakota, Myrinda (Hans) Christensen, Charles (Natalie) Butcher Jr., of Arkansas, Ashley Butcher, Bernard Butcher III, Margo Butcher, Dolton Butcher; sisters, Beulah (Bud) Gay, of Ohio, Linda (Mel) Bjornson; brothers, Lew Wooddell, of Ohio, Eugene (Opal) Wooddell, of Pennsylvania, James Wooddell, of Ohio, Bob Wooddell, of Florida; many nieces, nephews, and great-grandchildren.

Betty is preceded in death by her husband, Bernard; daughter, Helen; granddaughter, Jordan; parents, James and Lena Wooddell; sisters, Virginia, Bernice, Genevieve; and brothers, Donal, Rod, Paul; and three nieces and four nephews.
