Open Forum: Kids could get hurt

I went skateboarding today at the Jaycees Skate park while there were baseball games going on. But the park was full of unattended little kids using the ramps as slides.  Is it going to take a kid getting hit by a flying  skateboard for parents to realize that it's not a playground? Seriously, my  skateboard came within inches of a kids face who happened to be laying on top  of a ramp! Who would be to blame for those stitches?
