I want my vote protected

This article is in response to “Right Wing Hype” published in the Dispatch on June 4. Numerous articles have been written to downplay the level of voter fraud. In most cases it is far too expensive and time consuming to evaluate voter fraud so it doesn’t get done.

How in the world can claims of no voter fraud be accurate in the last national election in Milwaukee where more absentee ballots were issued than there were registered voters? No one spent the resources to prove or disprove voter fraud but if it walks like a duck and sounds like a duck it probably is a duck not a chicken.

What about all the ballots found in the trunk of a car in Minneapolis a week after the elections?

I want my vote protected not off-set by some fraudulent vote.

All voter ID cards are provided free of charge. If anyone is too lazy or dumb to get their own card then they probably don’t deserve to vote! Does the writer of “Right Wing Hype” believe it is only Democrats too dumb or lazy to get voter ID? Maybe he is right!
