Gas prices too high

Email

Our cost of living is raising continually, and it seems our senators and representatives don’t give a hoot. Why should they? Actually the pay offs, their wages and under the table monies keep them healthy and happy. The economy, what’s that they ask? Tell them that’s oil companies with the stuff we call gas. Actually gas in what runs this country, not government. I just heard the radio say food prices have increased 6 percent this year and gas is expected to rise 25 cents per gallon. Everything we buy or use will have a price increase. It’s way past time for everyone to speak out. Let our legislators know we cannot keep going downhill. We will never have employment increase until we get gas prices way down. Exxon (CEO) received $96 million bonus and Shell Oil (CEO) got $74 million. Just peanuts. They need more money.
