Re-elect Chip

When Congressman Chip Cravaack first ran for office, he ran on the commitment of being accessible and accountable to the citizens in the 8th District. And since taking office in 2011, he has done just that. Over his first term, he has visited our area multiple times, which is a stark difference from what we were used to in the past.

In his time so far in Congress, Rep. Cravaack has held more than two dozen town hall meetings across the entire district and more than 300 mobile office visits, not to mention that he has one of his three congressional offices right here in Brainerd for area citizens that need assistance. He and his staff have proven to be open and accessible and have responded to each of my requests promptly.

The reality is that he is in-tune and listening to the people in his district, and he will continue to do so if re-elected. It is clear that he takes this job seriously, and many of us across the district recognize that.

It’s great to have a congressman that goes the extra mile in representing us, and we should send him back to do just that.
