With the extreme cold temps, everyone needs to bring their dogs and cats indoors. Even the dogs that are always outdoors in a kennel or dog house need to be brought into a shelter. This can be a heated garage, basement or your home. Make sure they have access to fresh running water. Your pet will die or get severely injured out in the cold.
