Approximately 180 anglers in 58 boats participated in the 28th annual Confidence Learning Center Fishing Classic on June 18 on Gull Lake.

Volunteer guides included fishing greats Gary Roach, Perry Good, Nick Adams and Al Lindner and Due North’s “Man about the Woods” Bill Sherck. Retired Minnesota Sen. Bob Lessard made a surprise visit.

More than $60,000 was raised from the golf and fishing events, silent and live auctions and other donations during the annual Camp Confidence Classic Weekend.
