Walters breaks record; BHS boys, girls 2nd

ST. CLOUD — Jackson Walters won the high jump and set a school record with his second-place time of 8.7 in the 60-meter hurdles helping the Brainerd Warriors boys to second place Saturday in the Central Lakes Conference indoor championships.

The Brainerd girls also finished second. Chloe Miller won the 60 hurdles with a 10.29 and Sydnie Mauch tossed the shot 40-foot-3 for first. Both landed on the Brainerd honor roll.
