Girls Hockey: Lumberjacks cut down Flying Warriors


BEMIDJI — Kristina Anderson scored the Brainerd/Little Falls Flying Warriors’ lone goal in Thursday’s 7-1 non-conference loss to Bemidji.

Anderson scored on an assist from Paige Oakley at the 10:52 mark of the first period to tie the score. The Lumberjacks scored three goals in each of the next two periods to put the game away.

Jodi Bertrand tallied 23 saves in goal for the Flying Warriors, who lost for the fourth straight time.
