Warrior Girls Basketball: Warriors grab second win of the season

Kayla Kraemer finished with 21 points and Gretchen Kletscher tallied 15 points as the Brainerd Warriors won their second game of the season with a 66-48 Central Lakes Conference win over Rocori Thursday.

The Warriors finished with a season-low 12 turnovers and hit 47 percent from the field.

“It was a good effort tonight and we made good decisions with the ball and ran a good offense,” said head coach Brian McAllister. “We had a good consistent offense from start to finish which is what we needed.”

Maria West added 12 points for the 2-7 Warriors.
