Warrior Girls Basketball: Top-ranked Otters handle Warriors


Gretchen Kletscher scored 10 points and Erica Trafas tallied nine for the Brainerd Warriors as they lost to Class 3A’s top-ranked Fergus Falls Otters 64-39 in a Central Lakes Conference game Saturday at Brainerd High School.

The CLC leading Otters (15-0, 8-0 in CLC) held Brainerd to 29 percent shooting and secured a 38-16 halftime lead.

Maria West added eight points followed by Kayla Kraemer’s seven for the 2-8 Warriors.
