ANOKA — Maurice Hernandez, MCAC player of the week, led the way with 26 points and 10 rebounds for the unbeaten and top-ranked Central Lakes College Raiders as they defeated Anoka-Ramsey 74-55 in a Southern Division game Wednesday.

Kwamaine Johnson added 15 points for the Raiders, followed by Ronnie Kornbaum with 11 points.

“It was a solid game, said Raiders coach Jim Russell. “We beat them in rebounding 43-39, we had good defense, we forced 26 turnovers and we held them to just 55 points. Overall, it was a good road win and a good division win.”
