Warrior Swimming and Diving: Warriors race past Apollo

The Brainerd Warriors ended their home regular season schedule in grand fashion as they blew the St. Cloud Apollo Eagles out of the water with Thursday’s 118-63 Central Lakes Conference victory at Brainerd High School.

Brainerd moved to 6-0 as it won every event and swept the 50-yard freestyle, led by Justin Warling’s winning time of 23.93, the 100 butterfly, which was won by Josh McKeag, the 500 freestyle, won by Nick Goll, and the 100 breaststroke, won by Andrew Solseth.

Sam Dellacecca secured the 200 free. Seth Murrey dove to first place and Matt Majerlie won the backstroke.
