Citing excessive cost, Mills stops recount push

Warriors fall short

Austin Annable scored three of the Brainerd Warriors’ four goals, but it wasn’t enough as they lost to the Maple Grove Crimson 5-4 Wednesday at Riverside Elementary.

“It was a physical game and our players played hard the whole game” head coach Todd Peterson said.

Devin Annable added a goal for the Warriors and goalie Anna Wahl had 17 saves.

Brainerd is now 1-2 overall.
