Knebel, Ring score points for Bulldogs

John Knebel of Pillager and Kelsi Ring of Brainerd scored points for the University of Minnesota-Duluth track and field teams last weekend at the Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference Championships.

Knebel, a senior, was second in the 60-meter hurdles (8.20).

Ring, a sophomore, was fifth in the 60-meter hurdles (8.84) and sixth in triple jump (10.83 meters).

Next up for the Bulldogs is the NCAA II Indoor Championships March 9-10 at Mankato State University.
