FERGUS FALLS — The Brainerd Warriors are no longer unbeaten as they fell 4-3 to a tough Fergus Falls team in Central Lakes conference action on Tuesday.

Lenka Zelinska won in singles play, and the doubles teams of Gunnar Askegaard-Reno Fussy, and Trent Anderson-Jared Stearns were winners.

“We played well,” said Warriors coach Bruce Thompson. “They are a really good team, the best we have played all year.”

Junior varsity singles winner for Brainerd was Ryan Bell.

Winning doubles teams included Jed Rusk-Kyle Helmberger, Louis Grabowski-Joey Houston, Peyton Argir-Jake Donnay, Ben Hanson-Jordan Kleist, Connor Gunsbury-Joe Anderholm, Adam Warren-Dan Larson, Brendan Hermerding-Grant Helwig, Jacob Norr-Isaac Nadeau and Brady Bordwell-Billy Rosekrans.
