Area Boys Golf: Georges leads Pequot to second

PARK RAPIDS — The Pequot Lakes Patriots finished one stroke behind first-place Bemidji in Friday’s 21-team invitational at Park Rapids.

Alex Georges led the Patriots with 75, three strokes behind medalist Kobi Kraft of Bemidji. Nevin Greer shot 77 followed by 81s from Cole Bliss, Kevin Beltz and Bradley Boldt.

Cody Mager paced Pine River-Backus with an 84 and Wadena-Deer Creek was led by Jacob Goeden’s 87.
