AREA TRACK AND FIELD: S-M's Huber, Beachy win pair


GLYNDON — Staples-Motley’s Brian Huber and Jaelin Beachy each won two events as the Cardinal boys finished third and the girls eighth in the Section 6-1A True Team meet Tuesday.

Huber won the boys long and high jumps, was second in the 100 dash and third in the 200 dash.

In the girls meet, Beachy won the 100 and 300 hurdles, was second in the 200 dash and fourth in the long jump.
