TRACK AND FIELD: Warrior girls finish third, boys fifth


SAUK RAPIDS — Brainerd’s Hannah Lundstrom won two events and the Warriors girls finished third in Thursday’s Section 8-3A True Team meet.

Lundstrom won the 100 and 200 dashes and was on the 4x100 first-place relay.

Chloe Miller won the 100 hurdles, Allison Kosobud won the 400 dash and Sydnie Mauch won the shot put.

The Warrior boys, who finished fifth, received wins from Jackson Walters in the 110 hurdles, Jake Kassulker in the discus and the 4x200 relay.
