BASEBALL: Warrior JV ends season

The Brainerd Warrior junior varsity wrapped up its season with an 11-7 loss to Little Falls.

Brainerd (6-12-1) was led by senior co-captain Beau Erickson who went 3-3 with a triple, grand slam, two walks, two runs and five RBIs. Mike Struthers scored two Brainerd runs. Ethan Horn added a hit and RBI.

Derek Knoll (3-1) absorbed his only loss of the season, giving up six runs in 2.1 innings of relief. He gave up two hits, walked six and struck out three.

Tyler Miller started and pitched three innings, striking out five, allowing two runs on eight walks and one hit. Henri Jourdan pitched 1.2 innings, allowing three runs on four hits, walked one, hit one and struck out one. Senior Josh Davis finished, striking out one in one-third inning.
