AITKIN — Kassie Kokesh collected 15 set assists for the Aitkin Gobblers as they notched their sixth consecutive win with a 3-0 victory over Ogilvie in a Great River Conference match Thursday.

PIERZ — Anna Welle posted 13 digs, 13 kills, two ace serves and two blocks as the Pierz Pioneers battled back for a 3-2 Central Minnesota Conference victory over Eden Valley-Watkins Thursday.

After dropping the first two games, Pierz won the next three to move to 4-0 in the conference and 9-3 overall.

Bridget Bednar totaled 18 digs and 17 kills and Brook Brausen added 38 set assists, four ace serves and seven digs.
