Junior Hockey: North Stars hand Granite City first loss

BREEZY POINT — Bryson Jasper scored twice as the Breezy Point North Stars edged the previously undefeated Granite City Lumberjacks 5-4 in Saturday’s North American Hockey League Tier 3 game.

Kyle Eberwein scored the game winning goal on Anthony Martinez’s second assist. Kyle Whipple also picked up an assist for Breezy Point.

Erikur Arnason stopped 37 shots for the North Stars.
