BREEZY POINT — Jared Naeve and Kyle Whipple scored unassisted goals for Breezy Point as the North Stars lost to the Alexandria Blizzard 5-2 in a North American3 Hockey League game Sunday night.

Stars goalie Ian Shidlofsky made 34 saves as Alexandria outshot Breezy Point 39-22.

The Stars, who lost their fifth straight game, were 0 for 6 on the power play.

Alexandria’s Ian Eckland scored two goals and collected an assist.

Breezy Point (2-15-0-1) is off until Nov. 30 when it hosts the Three Rivers Vengeance at 4:45 p.m.
