Swimming and Diving: McKeag, Kuglin each win two


ALEXANDRIA — Josh McKeag and Justin Kuglin each picked up two first-place finishes and all three Brainerd Warriors’ relays won to down Alexandria 108-75 in Tuesday’s Central Lakes Conference meet.

McKeag won the 100-yard butterfly and 100 backstroke. Kuglin topped the 200 individual medley and 100 freestyle.

“We had a real nice opening night, a lot of guys swam very well,” said Warriors head coach John Zemke. Joe Wells won the breaststroke for the Warriors.
