HOLDINGFORD — Mitch Bednar recorded 10 points and hauled in 15 rebounds in the Pierz Pioneers 51-33 win over the Holdingford Huskers in Tuesday’s Central Minnesota Conference game.

TJ Hoheisel and Cullin Carter each added 10 points, while Ben Boser and Josh Templin finished with nine apiece.

The 4-0 Pioneers trailed 24-19 at halftime, but limited the Huskers to just nine points in the second half.

PARK RAPIDS — Jordan Redmond led all scorers with 22 points and Travis Jacobson added 17 to lead the Pequot Lakes Patriots to a 59-51 win over the Park Rapids Panthers in Mid-State Conference action Tuesday.

Tyler Tappe also reached double figures with 10 points for the 3-3 Patriots.

Travon Pederson followed with 15 points and Zach Stuss notched eight rebounds for the 1-6 Tigers.
