Area boys hockey: Moe scores twice in Lightning win

BREEZY POINT — Ben Moe netted two goals to push Northern Lakes Lightning past Achiever Northeast Academy in Monday’s non-conference game.

Aspen Florey opened up the scoring for the lightning with a goal in the second period to tie the game at 1-1.

Kegan Couture added two assists while Alex Galligan notched an assist of his own.

Mitch Stangel stopped eight of the 10 shots he faced and picked up the win for the Lightning.
