PEQUOT LAKES — Jordan Redmond tallied 17 points and Brett Peterson added 15 to lead Pequot Lakes over Wadena-Deer Creek 53-25 in Friday’s Mid-State Conference match.

Dylan Dumpprope led Wadena-Deer Creek with 18 points as the Wolverines extended their losing streak to four games.

OGILVIE — Aitkin’s losing streak ended at seven as Nathan Ehnstrom poured in 24 points to lead the Gobblers to a 66-40 win over the winless Ogilvie Lions in Friday’s Great River Conference game.

Kyle Thompson added 13 points and Ryan Anderson finished with 11. Ehnstrom collected five steals and sank six of the Gobblers eight 3-pointers.

BAXTER — Nine players found the scoring column, led by Daniel Newton’s 23 points, to lift the Lake Region Christian Hornets to a 69-38 victory over Grace of Mankato.

Newton added eight assists, six rebounds and five steals. Caleb Anderson posted 10 rebounds and seven points and Hayden Brooks scored 14 points for the 7-5 Hornets.
