GIRLS BASKETBALL: Tech hands Warriors 10th straight defeat

Maria West, with 11 points, was the only Brainerd player in double figures as the Warriors lost to St. Cloud Tech 62-42 in a Central Lakes Conference game Saturday at Brainerd High School.

It was the 10th straight loss for the Warriors, who shot just 33 percent from the field and 53 percent at the free throw line and committed 23 turnovers.

Tiana Brown’s 14 points for Tech led all scorers.
