Girls Basketball: Moorhead shoots down Warriors

The Brainerd Warriors shot just 17 percent from the field and dropped a non-conference game to Moorhead 67-39.

Maria West finished with a team-high 10 points for the Warriors.

“The Girls played hard, but we couldn’t make a shot,” said head coach Brian McAllister. “We gave them too many offensive rebounds and they converted on too many of those second-chance opportunities.”

Moorhead 46 21 — 67

Brainerd 19 20 — 39
