Tanner Lundberg improved to 8-1 with a 6-0, 6-0 win at No. 3 singles and the Brainerd Warriors topped Sartell 5-2 in Thursday’s Central Lakes Conference meet at Brainerd High School.

Ryan Bell suffered his first loss of the season 3-6, 6-3, 7-5 at No. 2 singles. Bell is 7-1.

Reno Fussy and Luke Jacobsen battled to a 7-6 (7-1), 7-5 win at No. 1 doubles, while Peyton Argir-Jordan Kleist went three sets to win at No. 3 singles.

Also winning in singles play were DJ Kraemer and Kyle Johnson.

Brainerd has won four straight meets to improve to 7-3 overall.

In junior varsity competition, Brainerd singles winners were Jake Norr, Brady Bordwell and Happy Rivard. Winning doubles matches were Eric Stout-Cole Ball, Isaac Nadeau-Scott Woodward, Cole Kalenberg-Happy Rivard, Brayden Mick-Brandon Vroman and Dawson Hughes-Austin Domino.
