LUVERNE — Angela Hanson saved 37 shots for the Long Prairie-Grey Eagle/Wadena-Deer Creek Blue Devils in a 5-0 loss to the Luverne Cardinals in a non-conference game Saturday.


The 15-3 Cardinals outshot the Blue Devils 42-23.

MARSHALL — Morgan Zeise posted three points as the Long Prairie-Grey Eagle/Wadena-Deer Creek Blue Devils lost to the Marshall Tigers 4-3 in overtime Friday.

Zeise scored two goals and added an assist. McKenzie Christianson flicked in the Blue Devils’ final goal and Angela Hanson saved 27 shots.
