Junior Hockey: Stars fall behind 7-0, lose 7-2

BREEZY POINT — Joe Laskero Scott Schroeder scored for the Breezy Point North Stars as they were outscored by the Twin City Steel 7-2 in Saturday’s North American3 League game.

Stars assists went to Crosby Steen and Benji Smieja.

Joey Bergquist made 40 saves for the Stars, who trailed 7-0 after two periods and were outshot 47-17.

Record: BP 6-24-2. Next: Breezy Point at Alexandria 7:10 p.m. Wednesday.
