Area Girls Basketball: Aitkin gets best of Jaguars

AITKIN—Maggi Fellerman's 15 points led the Aitkin Gobblers to their seventh win in a row in a 59-23 victory over non-conference foe Hinckley-Finlayson Tuesday.

Brooklyn Brezinski tallied 14 points and Kaija Davies hit 11 as the Gobblers moved their record to 7-2.

PEQUOT LAKES—Karli Skog tallied 19 points and Pequot Lakes built a 23-19 halftime lead in their non-conference game against Perham Tuesday.

The Yellowjackets responded with a 41-point second half in defeating the Patriots 60-47.

Olivia Lane collected 11 points and Erika Lane scored 10.
