Women's College Basketball: Robinson leads Raiders to victory

Caitlin Robinson led all scorers with 16 points for the Central Lakes Conference Raiders as they defeated the Vermillion Ironmen 84-35 in the CLC Winter Classic Saturday night.

Nikki Pearson and Jalynn Lamb each contributed 14 points and Emily Weber added 10 points.

“We played a lot better today,” said Raiders head coach Dennis Eastman. “We just had to get back into it after having a three-week break. (Friday) we were flat and today we had the get up and go.”

CLC evened its record to 6-6 and will head into division play Wednesday at Willmar.
