Womne's College Basketball: Monson leads in Raiders loss to Itasca

GRAND RAPIDS — Lindsay Monson tallied 19 points for the Central Lakes College Raiders as they lost 62-48 to the Itasca Vikings Wednesday night in a Northern Division matchup.

Taalyr Egeness added 11 points and Carlie Sweet gained nine rebounds for Central Lakes who beat Itasca 81-54 on Jan. 26.

“In the second half we didn’t play well,” said Raiders head coach Dennis Eastman. “We shot 19 percent and that’s just not hitting it. We’re back to the drawing board.”
