Vikings say they have reinstated Adrian Peterson

Nisswa falls to Isanti

BROWNTON — Luke Schumer hit a home run and scored twice and Jason Roepke was 4-5 with a double and two RBIs, but it wasn’t enough to match the Isanti Redbirds, who defeated the Nisswa Lightning 8-4 Friday winners’ bracket semifinals in the Class C state tournament Friday night.

Three Nisswa errors proved costly as Brett Kramer was tagged with the loss, but didn’t allow an earned run. He went 3.2 innings and allowed six runs, 10 hits and no walks. He struck out one.
