UPDATE: Suspect caught in shooting of adult, two kids at South Carolina school

Semi-Pro Football: Four Lumberjacks playing Saturday

Trevor Gross, Brad Simpson, Titus Cole and Erick Johnson will represent the Brainerd Lumberjacks in 16th annual Metrodome All-American Bowl game noon Saturday at Mall of America Field.

Minnesota Division II and III college players, along with Semi-Pro all-stars from around the country, will play two games.

Tickets can be purchased at Gate D on game day for $10. Free parking is available on the south side of the Metrodome.

Brainerd’s Simpson will play tight end, Johnson will play defensive end, Cole will play at defensive tackle and Gross will be at wide receiver.

Former Lumberjacks Ace Collie (defensive back), James Singer (defensive back) and Leopold Ashley (linebacker) are also playing in the game.
