Area Volleyball: Rangers pick up road win over Huskies

PILLAGER—Crosby-Ironton's Caitlyn Gutzman posted nine ace serves and 12 digs as the Rangers defeated the Pillager Huskies 3-0 Tuesday, Sept. 11.

Michaela Stangel tallied nine kills for the Rangers and Jordan Papenfuss had 11 set set assists.

Jordyn VanVickle recorded three kills and 11 digs for the Huskies in the non-conference game.

Bailey Wynn knocked down 19 kills and picked up 18 digs. Gabby Rainwater contributed 18 kills for the 8-1 Tigers.
