Three area people were arrested Friday after Morrison County Sheriff's office received a report at 10:11 a.m. of suspicious activity regarding a four-wheeler being abandoned on a field approach in Ripley Township.
The responding deputy determined the four-wheeler was taken from a Ripley Township residence and discovered the residence was burglarized.
A suspect vehicle was stopped on Haven Road in Belle Prairie Township at 12:04 p.m. Friday and three people were arrested regarding the burglary.
A 39-year-old woman and 39-year-old man, both of Little Falls, were arrested on charges of burglary and/or possession of stolen property are pending against them and a 38-year-old man from Pierz.
The Little Falls Police and Minnesota State Patrol office in Baxter assisted with the search for and stopping the suspected vehicle.
Suspects sought in residential burglary
LITTLE FALLS - The Morrison County Sheriff's office is requesting the public's assistance in solving a residential burglary that occurred in Pike Creek Township.
On Christmas Eve, suspects entered a home in rural Pike Creek Township at night and robbed several items, including several wrapped Christmas presents.
Some of the items taken include a karaoke machine, a quarter-size real violin, a man's wedding ring, a woman's ring with ruby and sapphires, a jumbo snow tube, a TomTom navigation system, a youth-sized Gopher's hockey jersey, a youth-sized North Carolina football jersey, and youth-sized winter coat and snow pants.
Anyone with information relating to this case is urged to contact the Morrison County Sheriff's office. The sheriff's office reports any information will be kept confidential.
